Farvion adalah asisten berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Balasan yang dihasilkan bisa saja keliru, tidak lengkap, atau sudah usang. Selalu verifikasi informasi penting sebelum Anda mengandalkannya.
1. Balasan AI bisa keliru
Farvion dijalankan oleh model bahasa AI yang menghasilkan balasan berdasarkan pola dari data pelatihannya, bukan pemahaman atau kesadaran sesungguhnya. Model AI dapat menghasilkan informasi yang terdengar meyakinkan namun sebenarnya salah, tidak akurat, atau sepenuhnya rekaan (dikenal sebagai "halusinasi"). Jangan menganggap setiap balasan Farvion sebagai fakta yang pasti benar tanpa pengecekan lebih lanjut.
2. Bukan pengganti nasihat profesional
Farvion tidak ditujukan untuk menggantikan nasihat dari profesional yang berkualifikasi. Secara khusus:
- Medis: Farvion bukan tenaga medis dan tidak dapat mendiagnosis, meresepkan pengobatan, atau menggantikan konsultasi dengan dokter atau tenaga kesehatan lain.

Farvion is powered by an AI language model that generates replies based on patterns learned from its training data, not genuine understanding or awareness. AI models can produce information that sounds convincing but is actually false, inaccurate, or entirely fabricated (known as "hallucination"). Don't treat any Farvion reply as guaranteed fact without further verification.
2. Not a substitute for professional advice
Farvion is not intended to replace advice from qualified professionals. Specifically:
- Medical: Farvion is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace consultation with a doctor or other healthcare provider.
- Legal: Farvion is not a lawyer, and its replies are not binding legal advice. Consult a qualified legal practitioner for legal matters.
- Financial: Farvion is not a financial advisor. Don't make major investment, tax, or financial decisions based solely on Farvion's replies.
3. Not for emergencies or critical situations
Farvion is not designed for and should not be used to handle emergencies (medical, safety, legal, or otherwise). If you or someone else is in an emergency or dangerous situation, contact official emergency services or local authorities immediately, do not rely on Farvion.
4. Knowledge and time limitations
The AI model behind Farvion has a knowledge cutoff tied to its training data, and by default does not know about events or changes that occurred after that point. While Farvion may use a web search feature to help provide more current information, search results can also be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpreted by the model.
5. Verification is your responsibility
You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any information from Farvion before using it to make decisions or take any action, especially anything with a significant impact on you or others.
6. AI-generated content
Farvion's replies (including text, code, or other content) are generated automatically by an AI model and are not guaranteed to be fully original. There is a small possibility that a reply may unintentionally resemble someone else's work. You are responsible for reviewing the suitability of such content, including copyright considerations, before further use (e.g. publishing code or republishing text).
7. AI-generated and AI-edited images
Images created or edited through Farvion are generated automatically by an AI model. Please keep the following in mind:
- Not always accurate or as requested: results may look odd (for example unnatural hands or faces, unreadable text, or wrong objects) or differ from what you had in mind.
- Not a real photo or evidence: AI-generated images are not documentation of real events. Don't present them as genuine photographs, evidence, or official documents, and when you share them it's a good idea to say they were made with AI so others aren't misled.
- Real people: images that resemble real people may be inaccurate. Don't use this feature to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive anyone. You are responsible for the permission of the people who appear in images you upload.
- Resemblance and copyright: a result may unintentionally resemble someone else's work, logo, or character. Review the output, especially before publishing it or using it commercially.
- Edit quality: an image you upload for editing may be downscaled, so the result may have less detail and a lower resolution, and the edit may change details you didn't ask to change. Always keep a copy of your original image.
- Inappropriate content: safeguards are not perfect, so results may occasionally be inappropriate or unwanted. You can report them through Supportfarvion.
- Availability and quota: this feature is limited by a daily quota and may fail, be delayed, or be unavailable at any time.

- Parecido y derechos de autor: es posible que un resultado se parezca sin querer a la obra, el logotipo o el personaje de otra persona. Revisa el resultado, sobre todo antes de publicarlo o usarlo con fines comerciales.
- Calidad de las ediciones: la imagen que subes para editar puede reducirse de tamaño, por lo que el resultado puede tener menos detalle y menor resolución, y la edición puede cambiar detalles que no pediste modificar. Conserva siempre una copia de tu imagen original.
